Event Details/FAQ
Date + Place: Sunday, 30th June, at Osito, 390 W Hastings St, Vancouver, BC V6B 1K6
1-liner of the event: Minimum Viable Demos is an evening showcase of ambitious projects exploring technology, art, and science.
Rundown: 12 projects will be showcased in 5 minute "demos" via projector in front of an audience of ~150. Two questions will be fielded from the audience.

Our vision:
- This is a love letter to Vancouver.
- MVD is an attempt to pull those who are working on the most ambitious, heterogeneous projects across science, art, and technology into the same room for a celebration of work and cross pollination.
- The goal is to empower others to start more effortful projects.
Dates/Deadlines
Thus, June 20th – Submit Demo Details
- Materials to be used in social media promotion and to be physically printed for the event.

- A punchy one liner that represents your project.

- Visual artifacts that are representative of your demo. Please include at least one photo, option to include additional materials like video, gif, etc.
- Submit technical details required for your demo
- As much as possible we are going to use a single laptop for presentation.
- If you need to use your own laptop, or if you require addition A/V specifications, please let us know.
